Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company, where you've developed a strong understanding of customer needs and technical troubleshooting. Your background includes using tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence, which you leverage to provide exceptional support. You are detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a knack for solving complex technical issues and educating clients on product usage. Your engineering experience gives you a solid foundation for understanding technical challenges and providing effective solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and value the relationships built through teamwork.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with customers through various channels, including ticketing systems, live chat, and screensharing tools, to identify and resolve technical support requests. You will reproduce technical issues and dive into Datadog’s extensive integrations to provide accurate solutions. As you become demo certified, you will lead presentations to customers, showcasing the capabilities of Datadog's products. You will also participate in product discussions with internal teams, providing valuable feedback based on client interactions. Your expertise will help train you as a specialist in one or more areas of Datadog's product offerings, ensuring that you are well-equipped to assist clients effectively.
