What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product marketing strategy for Nium's Global Payroll, EOR, Platforms, and Marketplaces. You will define and execute go-to-market plans that drive user acquisition and engagement across various use cases, including mass payouts and compliance workflows. You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product positioning and messaging, ensuring that Nium's offerings resonate with target audiences. You will lead the development of marketing collateral and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of Nium's solutions. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of marketing efforts and iterating on strategies based on performance data. As a senior individual contributor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the product marketing function at Nium.
