What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and lead OpenAI's global Professional Services approach, overseeing everything from early customer engagement to enterprise-grade deployment and long-term adoption of AI solutions. You will be responsible for building a world-class team of technical experts, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-impact solutions that drive real business transformation for clients. Your leadership will be crucial in defining the standards and practices that guide your team's engagement with customers, ensuring that every interaction is aligned with OpenAI's mission to provide secure and responsible AI solutions.

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, helping them to build an effective backlog of Generative AI use cases tailored to their industry. Your role will involve driving these use cases to production, providing strong technical guidance and support throughout the process. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the solutions delivered are not only innovative but also practical and scalable, enabling clients to achieve their business objectives.
