Paytm is seeking a Team Leader for Customer Acquisition to drive sales of EDC machines and build strong relationships with merchants. This role requires strong leadership and networking capabilities.

You are a seasoned leader with a proven track record in sales and customer acquisition. You possess excellent networking capabilities and are adept at building relationships with clients. You have experience in driving sales and understand the importance of setting clear goals and motivating your team to achieve them. You are capable of resolving conflicts and providing coaching to team members to enhance their performance. You are results-oriented and have a knack for monitoring team metrics to ensure success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team at Paytm, focusing on increasing the sale of EDC machines across multiple locations. You will create an inspiring team environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include driving sales initiatives, resolving merchant queries, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and monitor performance metrics to ensure your team meets its objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring and building a strong team, discovering training needs, and providing coaching to enhance team capabilities. You will also engage with merchants to drive overall engagement and satisfaction.
