Who you are

You are a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with over 5 years of significant transactional experience, ideally in an in-house environment. Your expertise includes complex commercial real estate matters such as real estate finance, leasing, acquisitions, and sales. You have a strong background in working with corporate clients and advising them on various real estate issues. Your experience spans multiple industries, including retail, restaurant/hospitality, industrial, and energy, making you well-equipped to handle diverse legal challenges. You are comfortable working independently and cross-functionally, taking on complex projects that require strong analytical and negotiation skills. Your ability to maintain collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders is key to your success in this role.

Desirable

Experience with construction agreements is a plus, and familiarity with leasing, purchases and sales, REIT, residential, property management, and landlord/tenant disputes will enhance your candidacy. What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with corporate clients, advising them on commercial real estate matters and drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents. You will support internal client teams and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include tackling complex legal challenges on a global scale, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic legal advice to help clients navigate the intricacies of commercial real estate transactions. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
