Amazon is hiring an Operations Specialist to manage global cross-border operations, focusing on logistics and warehouse performance. You'll utilize your project management and analytical skills to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You have experience in the cross-border logistics industry and a proven ability to manage and drive warehouse service partners to achieve or exceed goals and expectations. Your strong analytical capabilities allow you to collect and prepare data and reports, including KPIs and other in-process indicators, providing full visibility to the team. You possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. You are adept at project management, capable of solving problems independently while dealing with ambiguity, obstacles, and time constraints. Your can-do attitude and focus on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity/efficiency make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Experience with global supply chain operations and familiarity with managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers would be advantageous. A background in data analysis and reporting tools can enhance your effectiveness in this position.
As a Node Operations Specialist, you will support operations management at origin, including managing warehouse service provider performance through pre-defined mechanisms to track and investigate exceptions. You will implement solid actions and standardize processes to ensure sustainable, data-driven results. Your role will involve collecting and preparing data and reports, providing full visibility to the team regarding KPIs and other in-process indicators. You will work closely with various teams to design and establish the best results for our customers, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity are prioritized in all operations. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics framework, ensuring that operational goals are met consistently.
