Justworks is seeking a Senior Analyst for Revenue Planning & Analysis to drive data-driven insights for their go-to-market strategy. You'll work with SQL and data analysis to inform revenue strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in revenue planning.
You have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, particularly in revenue planning and analysis. You excel at turning complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business strategy. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across sales, customer success, finance, and marketing. You are comfortable working in a data-driven environment and have a strong understanding of sales performance metrics and revenue growth modeling. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to identify trends and uncover opportunities for efficiency. You are passionate about using data and AI to inform strategic decisions and improve revenue strategies.
In this role, you will serve as the analytical backbone of Justworks' go-to-market organization. You will analyze sales performance and model future growth, providing insights that shape the company's revenue strategies.
