Your experience with SQL allows you to analyze data effectively, and you possess excellent attention to detail and project management skills. You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with stakeholders from various markets and regions. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Experience with data measurement and analysis, particularly using spreadsheets for modeling and creating executive-level presentations, is a plus. You are adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
As a Go-To-Market Program Manager for YouTube, you will be responsible for designing and delivering service models for the Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams. Your role will involve optimizing impact and cost-to-serve across partner and consumer segments. You will innovate and gain alignment on service models, defining measures of success such as impact, productivity, and ROI. Additionally, you will enable change management with frontline teams and develop pilots to test new service models.
You will gather feedback from cross-functional teams, packaging it into themes that represent the needs and feedback of the region. Your ability to consult and collaborate across teams will help you size impact, identify roadblocks, and propose solutions. Presenting fact-based insights to stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring leaders have the right context to advocate for regional needs.
