Entrata is seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to lead and scale their learning, leadership, and culture initiatives in India. This role requires strong people leadership and strategic thinking to drive organizational learning transformation.

You have a proven track record in leading learning and development initiatives within a product or technology organization — your experience includes building high-performing teams and driving organizational effectiveness. You possess strong people leadership skills, enabling you to inspire and motivate your team while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your strategic thinking abilities allow you to align learning initiatives with business goals, ensuring that the workforce is prepared for future challenges. You have hands-on experience in developing leadership capabilities and enhancing organizational culture, making you a key player in shaping the learning landscape of the organization.

You understand the importance of collaboration and partnership with business and People leadership — your ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization ensures that learning strategies are embraced and implemented successfully. You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact.

Desirable

Experience in a global organization is a plus, as it equips you with the insights needed to navigate diverse cultural contexts. Familiarity with modern learning technologies and methodologies will enhance your ability to drive innovative learning solutions that resonate with employees.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Entrata's learning strategy, focusing on building a culture of continuous learning and leadership development. You will partner closely with business leaders to identify learning needs and create tailored programs that drive engagement and performance.
