What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Entrata's learning strategy, focusing on building a culture of continuous learning and leadership development. You will partner closely with business leaders to identify learning needs and create tailored programs that drive engagement and performance.

You will oversee the design and implementation of leadership development initiatives, ensuring that leaders at all levels are equipped with the skills necessary to lead effectively. Your role will involve assessing the effectiveness of learning programs and making data-driven decisions to enhance their impact.
