As a Market Associate, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of long-tail hosts in your assigned territory. You will suggest and support strategic initiatives that drive their success on Airbnb, including supply optimization and host recruitment. You will also provide platform education to ensure hosts are well-equipped to navigate the Airbnb ecosystem. Your role will involve collaborating with Market Managers to support broader team objectives and initiatives. You will track host performance and provide insights to help them achieve their goals. Additionally, you will engage with hosts regularly to gather feedback and understand their needs, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €58,000—€68,000 EUR annually, along with potential bonuses and equity.
