Your expertise in Python and SQL allows you to work effectively with large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in your analyses. You are familiar with machine learning techniques and have a strong understanding of data pipelines and model validation processes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Desirable

Experience with advanced analytics tools and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with blockchain technology and its implications for compliance. You are comfortable presenting your findings to stakeholders and can translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations. A background in finance or a related field would be beneficial, as it provides context for the compliance challenges faced by organizations in the crypto space.

You will work hands-on with large, complex datasets, building and validating rule-based and machine learning-enhanced models. Your role will involve developing new typology detection logic to ensure our systems remain robust and effective in identifying potential financial crimes.

You will collaborate with compliance teams to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. This includes designing experiments to test the effectiveness of different models and approaches, as well as continuously monitoring the performance of existing systems. You will also be responsible for documenting your methodologies and findings, ensuring that your work contributes to the overall knowledge base of the organization.

Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of our compliance technology, helping to safeguard the integrity of our financial systems. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that OKX remains at the forefront of compliance technology in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.
