As a Client Success Manager at CrossCountry Consulting, you will be a trusted partner to our software clients, particularly those using Coupa. You will work closely with the Technology Sales, Delivery, and Post-Production Services teams to create a seamless experience for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role.
