Handshake is seeking a Senior Learning Designer Lead to bridge the gap between Operations teams and Fellow success. You'll play a key role in shaping learning experiences in the AI economy. This position requires expertise in learning design and strategic thinking.
You have a strong background in learning design, with experience in creating effective educational programs that cater to diverse audiences. Your strategic mindset allows you to align learning initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring that the programs you develop are impactful and relevant. In your role as Senior Learning Designer Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs that support the success of Fellows within Handshake AI. You will collaborate with Operations teams to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions that address those needs effectively. As a leader, you will mentor and support other learning designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
