Motorway is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency of their Dealer Services team. You'll manage the Sales CRM system and leverage insights to drive sales strategy. This role requires experience in sales operations and familiarity with CRM tools.
You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of managing a Sales CRM system, particularly HubSpot, and can generate actionable insights that inform account targeting and sales strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales leaders to empower a team of approximately 40 sales professionals. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data effectively, driving automation and growth across a network of over 7,500 UK car dealers. You are organized and adaptable, able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You take initiative and ownership, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance team performance.
Experience with AI technologies and their application in sales operations would be a plus. Familiarity with the automotive industry or marketplace dynamics can also be beneficial. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and enjoy finding pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.
As the Sales Operations Manager at Motorway, you will own and expand the Sales CRM system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the sales team. You will generate insights that inform account targeting and sales strategies, helping to drive commercial outcomes. Collaborating closely with the Head of Growth & Transformation, you will support the Dealer Services team in becoming more efficient and effective through the use of sales tooling, analysis, and reporting. You will leverage new technologies, including AI, to drive automation and growth across the dealer network. Your role will involve regular interaction with the Strategic Account Management team, where you will help build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the tools and insights they need to succeed.
