HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Strategy & Product Marketing to accelerate growth for their brands in Canada. You'll lead strategic brand initiatives and product marketing efforts, focusing on local consumer insights. This role requires strong leadership and marketing skills.
You have a proven track record in brand strategy and product marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at leading teams and driving strategic initiatives that enhance brand perception and market presence. Your ability to analyze consumer insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies sets you apart. You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments, influencing decision-making and fostering a high-performing team culture. You understand the nuances of the Canadian market and can tailor strategies to resonate with local consumers. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to craft compelling messaging that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
In this role, you will champion brand strategy and value propositions for HelloFresh and Chefs Plate in Canada. You will lead the annual brand calendar, establishing key themes and programming to enhance brand awareness and equity. Your oversight will extend to the development and execution of above-the-line creative assets, partnering with the media team to deliver impactful local campaigns. You will also spearhead local product marketing strategies, maximizing core menu visibility and driving new product adoption. Collaborating closely with product and culinary teams, you will translate consumer insights into innovative product concepts and messaging. Your responsibilities will include owning all product marketing communications, from education to menu innovations, ensuring breakthrough ways to drive consumer awareness across various channels. You will serve as the champion of Canadian consumer insights, uncovering regional nuances that influence brand and product strategies.
At HelloFresh, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 CAD, along with a dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.
