What you'll do

In this role, you will support the planning and delivery of executive engagements, including briefings, on-site visits, and roundtables. You will coordinate event logistics such as guest communication, scheduling, content preparation, and follow-up activities. Maintaining and updating executive contact databases will be part of your responsibilities to ensure accuracy and usability. You will assist in developing tailored agendas, presentations, and materials that resonate with C-level audiences, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in your engagements. Your contributions will help strengthen partnerships and elevate the Celonis brand through impactful executive programs.
