Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team. You'll be responsible for driving innovative technical programs and overseeing account-level activities. This role requires expertise in technical solutions and customer engagement.
You have a strong background in pre-sales engineering, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales role. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to build relationships with customers and understand their business needs is key to your success. You are driven by results and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with sales teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Experience with hyper-converged infrastructure and cloud data management solutions is a plus. Familiarity with competitive storage offerings and distributed architectures will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable with technical presentations and can effectively demonstrate product capabilities to potential customers.
