What you'll do

In this role, you will lead one of PROCEPT’s most critical growth engines, overseeing the commercial and clinical performance of the Greater Texas region. You will be responsible for building, developing, and empowering a high-performing team that is equipped to drive procedural growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the adoption of a transformative robotic therapy, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

You will work closely with key surgeons, hospital executives, and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) leadership to advance system adoption and build strong partnerships. Your ability to translate national strategy into focused regional execution plans will be key to expanding procedural volume and accelerating program maturity. You will also play a vital role in strengthening account retention by ensuring that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
