You'll collaborate closely with various segments to accelerate partner sales and capitalize on market opportunities. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in channel sales.
You have a proven track record in partner development and channel sales, with at least 5 years of experience managing complex partner relationships. Your ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite leaders is key to your success, as you will be advising partners on their strategies and driving growth through collaboration. You understand the nuances of the technology landscape and can identify market opportunities based on industry trends. Your strategic vision is rooted in the potential impact of partners across various segments, and you are adept at selling account visions to senior business decision-makers.
You are skilled in leading campaigns and working with marketing teams to ensure alignment with partner goals. Your experience includes coaching partners to transform their plans around consumption and key targets, ensuring they capitalize on the momentum of AI in the market. You thrive in an international team environment and are comfortable navigating the complexities of the Channel Sales organization across different regions.
Experience in the cloud services sector is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft’s Partner Programs and Incentives. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
In this role, you will lead the creation of a long-range strategic vision for your partners, focusing on their impact and potential across segments. You will identify and recommend market opportunities to pursue, ensuring that your partners are well-positioned to drive cloud growth. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, leading business-design briefings, and advising partner leadership on best practices for building a high-impact Microsoft Services practice.
You will coach and challenge partners to enhance their strategies and achieve key targets, ensuring they are equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of AI and cloud solutions. Collaborating with various functional areas, you will lead campaigns that align with partner marketing efforts, driving engagement and sales acceleration. Your role will also involve monitoring partner performance and providing insights to help them capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
