As the Ad Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling Duolingo Ads, the company's direct ad business. You will be responsible for developing the ad strategy that aligns with Duolingo's mission of providing high-quality education to users worldwide. This includes identifying innovative ad formats that not only excite advertisers but also enhance the learning experience for users. You will collaborate closely with the Business, Monetization, Product, and Design teams to ensure that the ad offerings are both effective and user-friendly. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and user feedback to refine ad strategies continuously. You will also be tasked with scaling revenue in a priority U.S. region, which requires a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the ability to forge strong relationships with advertisers.
