What you'll do

In this role, you will own the IT SOX compliance program, ensuring that all IT controls are tested consistently and effectively across all applications. You will work closely with the Director of Tech Compliance to develop and implement compliance strategies that mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular assessments of IT controls, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement necessary changes.

You will lead compliance audits and reviews, preparing detailed reports on findings and recommendations for management. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting compliance data and trends, allowing you to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members on compliance best practices, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with various departments to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into business processes. You will facilitate communication between IT and other teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on compliance objectives and responsibilities.
