Overview

Amazon is hiring a Customer Support Advisor for their MyHR Live Support team to assist employees with HR needs. This remote position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, and applicants must be located in Costa Rica.

Your ability to build positive relationships through empathetic and effective communication sets you apart. You are legally authorized to work in Costa Rica and are looking for a full-time, temporary role that may lead to further opportunities.

What you'll do

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be at the forefront of Amazon's HR contact center operations, primarily handling live phone calls and chats. You will assist employees with various HR-related topics, including time-off requests, employee relocations, offboarding processes, employment verification, benefits inquiries, and pay and compensation services. Your role will involve providing best-in-class HR support to Amazon employees, applicants, and candidates globally, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This position is a seasonal role lasting 11 months, with the possibility of extensions or conversions to a permanent role based on business needs and your performance.
