PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive sales revenue by developing and executing strategic plans with key hospital Integrated Delivery Networks. This role requires strong sales acumen and experience in managing capital sales processes.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts within the healthcare sector. Your experience includes developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational goals, and you thrive in environments where you can build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You understand the complexities of capital sales processes and are adept at navigating the intricacies of hospital Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Your ability to communicate effectively and influence decision-makers is one of your key strengths, enabling you to drive utilization growth and ensure successful installations and training. You are committed to putting the patient first and are passionate about contributing to innovative solutions in surgical robotics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets by developing and overseeing the execution of strategic plans with key hospital Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). You will manage the entire capital sales process, from initial engagement through to installation and training, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for growth within assigned IDNs, conducting presentations and demonstrations of our innovative surgical robotics solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful utilization of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of both patients and healthcare providers. Your role will also involve tracking sales performance metrics and reporting on progress towards targets, allowing you to adjust strategies as necessary to maximize success.
