You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable production systems. You have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its potential to transform the financial system, and you are eager to contribute to this mission at Coinbase. You thrive in high-pressure environments and enjoy solving complex problems alongside talented colleagues. Your technical expertise includes proficiency in languages such as Python and Java, as well as experience with cloud platforms like AWS. You are familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, which are essential for building robust backend systems.
Experience with blockchain development and a passion for cryptocurrency are highly desirable. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools will also set you apart as a candidate.
