In this role, you will manage a book of approximately 175 existing customer accounts, focusing on account retention and growth. Engaging online product demos will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you aim to captivate and convert potential clients. You will collaborate with your team to propel and close deals over the phone, targeting the right individuals within existing clients to ensure quick ROI. Your preparation for client meetings will be thorough, ensuring you are knowledgeable and professional in all interactions.
