AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead the enablement strategy for their EMEA sales team. This role requires strategic leadership and the ability to translate global programs into regionally-specific learning experiences. Experience in sales enablement is essential.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with experience in developing and executing enablement strategies that drive sales performance. Your strategic mindset allows you to align global initiatives with local execution, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for building strong relationships across teams. Your ability to analyze data and feedback enables you to continuously improve training programs and resources. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a rapidly growing organization, making you an ideal candidate for this foundational role.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies and training techniques. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can manage your time effectively between in-office and remote work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and build the sales enablement strategy for the EMEA region, acting as the crucial link between global enablement initiatives and local execution. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop tailored learning experiences that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Your responsibilities will include creating and curating training materials, facilitating workshops, and measuring the effectiveness of enablement programs. You will also gather feedback from the sales team to refine and improve training content continuously. As the first Senior Manager of Sales Enablement dedicated to EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sales training and development within the organization.
