NerdWallet is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for their Small Business team in Arizona. You'll lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to drive sales performance and foster a collaborative culture. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience leading teams to exceed performance targets. Your ability to mentor and coach others is a key strength, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can inspire your team to achieve their best.
