CLEAR is seeking a Senior Vice President of Travel Partnerships to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and corporate sales. You'll be responsible for developing new membership channels and managing high-performing teams. This role requires extensive experience in B2B sales and partnership management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in driving revenue through strategic partnerships and corporate sales, ideally within the travel or technology sectors. With at least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, you understand the nuances of B2B2C business models and have successfully managed P&L responsibilities. Your leadership style fosters high-performing teams, and you excel in creating a culture of accountability and results.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to develop and implement effective revenue strategies. You are adept at identifying new partnership opportunities and expanding existing relationships, ensuring that CLEAR's travel products and services remain competitive and appealing to customers. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to represent CLEAR effectively in the marketplace and build trust with partners.

You are passionate about creating frictionless experiences for customers and understand how to leverage technology to enhance service delivery. Your experience in the travel industry is a significant asset, as you are familiar with the challenges and opportunities that exist in this space. You are a strategic thinker who can balance short-term goals with long-term vision, ensuring sustainable growth for the business.

Desirable

Experience in the travel technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with membership-based business models. You have a network of contacts within the travel industry that can be leveraged to create new opportunities for CLEAR. What you'll do

As the Senior Vice President of Travel Partnerships, you will drive revenue for CLEAR’s travel business (CLEAR+) through strategic partnerships and corporate sales. You will own the revenue strategy, creating new Home-to-Gate partnership opportunities and expanding existing strategic relationships across CLEAR’s travel products and services. Your role will involve building the CLEAR Travel Corporate Membership effort, developing sourcing strategies, managing pipelines, and executing go-to-market motions to drive a new membership channel.

You will implement systems, processes, and tools that enable a growing sales and implementation team, ensuring clear incentive systems and reporting mechanisms are in place to drive increases in member retention, lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost payback for national and SMB accounts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and ensure that the travel partnerships strategy is integrated into the broader company goals.

Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You will represent CLEAR in the marketplace, engaging with potential partners and stakeholders to promote the value of CLEAR’s offerings. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the business, ensuring that CLEAR remains a leader in the travel technology space.
