Posh is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to lead and evolve their brand strategy as they enter a phase of hyper-growth. You'll drive creative campaigns across various marketing channels to maximize brand value and business impact. This role requires extensive experience in brand marketing leadership.
You are a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record in brand marketing, ideally with over 7 years of experience in a similar role. You have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Your experience includes leading teams and managing budgets effectively, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with business objectives. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are passionate about building community and fostering human connections through innovative marketing strategies.
Experience in the tech or social media industry is a plus, as is familiarity with community-driven marketing approaches. You have a strong network of industry contacts and are comfortable leveraging partnerships to enhance brand visibility. A background in event marketing or experiential campaigns would be beneficial, as you understand the importance of IRL interactions in building brand loyalty.
As the Director of Brand Marketing at Posh, you will own and scale the end-to-end consumer marketing engine.
