Postman is seeking a Software Engineer for their IAM team to develop secure and scalable identity management platform components. You'll work with technologies like Java and various authentication protocols. This role requires experience in software development and identity management.
You have a solid background in software engineering, with experience in developing secure and scalable applications. Your expertise includes working with identity management systems and understanding authentication protocols such as OAuth2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and SAML. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet user needs.
You possess strong programming skills, particularly in Java, and have a good grasp of software development best practices. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for building reliable systems that enhance user experience. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn and grow within your role.
Experience with API development and integration is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud services and security best practices. You may also have knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks that complement your Java skills.
As a Software Engineer on the IAM Squad, you will contribute to the development of a secure and reliable identity management platform. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing authentication standards and protocols, ensuring that they are robust and scalable. You will work closely with other engineers to design and implement features that enhance the user experience while maintaining high security standards.
You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
