Director, Mechanical Engineering

As the Mechanical & Controls Systems Engineering Director, you will lead, drive and execute on our strategy to engineer and design large-scale data center infrastructure. You will drive towards implementing innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business objectives, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring high availability and scalability. You will lead and influence technical decision-making, drive prioritization and execution, and manage outstanding engineers and engineering managers in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing our mechanical & controls systems engineering strategy, enabling the deployment of a multi-billion dollar capital program, building and managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
