Appian is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the delivery of projects and support pre-sales activities. You'll collaborate with sales and coach team members to ensure successful adoption of the Appian platform.
You have a strong background in project management and technical delivery, with a focus on ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. Your experience includes collaborating with sales teams to articulate the value of technology solutions and guiding clients through the adoption process. You are skilled in fostering a positive team culture and providing mentorship to support the professional growth of your colleagues. You understand the importance of accountability and strive for excellence in every project you undertake.
Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the Appian platform or similar low-code solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
