Roofstock is seeking a Part-Time Onsite Manager to oversee property maintenance and communication with the Property Manager. This role involves light landscaping and minor repairs at the property in Oakland, California.
You are someone who thrives in a hands-on role, living onsite and acting as the eyes and ears of the property. You understand the importance of quality communication and are committed to maintaining the property’s common areas and walkways. You are proactive in addressing minor repairs and ensuring the property remains in excellent condition. Your attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently make you an ideal candidate for this position.
As the Onsite Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the property’s common areas, which includes light landscaping tasks such as pulling weeds, sweeping, and picking up trash. You will also handle minor property repairs, such as changing out locks and light bulbs, ensuring that everything is functioning properly. Regular communication with the Property Manager is essential, as you will report any issues or updates regarding the property. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.
