Google is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Representative to drive cloud solutions sales across various industries. You'll leverage your extensive experience in B2B software sales and account management to cultivate relationships and maximize business impact. This role requires a strong background in cloud solutions and strategic account management.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or strategic account management at a B2B software company. Your expertise includes selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software across multiple industries. You have a proven track record of growing existing customer bases and acquiring new logos at scale to increase spend and accelerate consumption revenue.
You excel in working with and leading cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations. Your experience includes commercial and legal negotiations, collaborating with procurement, legal, and business teams. You are adept at working with customer engineers and customers' technical leads to inventory software estates, define migration plans, and build migration business cases. Cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives is second nature to you.
In this role, you will play a key part in understanding opportunities and working cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners to maximize business impact within enterprise customers. You will manage complex business cycles, presenting to C-level executives and negotiating terms. Your responsibilities will include driving business development, owning operational excellence at scale, forecasting accurately, and achieving strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
You will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure that the solutions you propose align with customer needs and drive business outcomes. Your ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong relationships will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on progress to senior leadership, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets.
