Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Manager for User Lifecycle to enhance user engagement and retention. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding and discovery experiences. This role requires strong strategic and analytical skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in user engagement and lifecycle strategies. You understand the importance of user onboarding and have a proven track record of improving user retention through data-driven decisions. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret user data and translate it into actionable insights that enhance the user experience. You are comfortable collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align product strategies with user needs. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to various stakeholders effectively. You are passionate about creating engaging digital experiences and have a strong understanding of user behavior in immersive environments.
Experience in gaming or digital platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with LiveOps strategies. Knowledge of SEO and user acquisition tactics will help you excel in this role. A background in data science or analytics can further enhance your ability to drive product decisions based on user insights.
In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap for user lifecycle initiatives, focusing on improving the first-time user experience and enhancing user engagement across the platform. You will work closely with the Discovery organization to develop features that facilitate user discovery of new experiences, ensuring that users can easily find and engage with content that resonates with them. You will lead efforts to optimize onboarding processes, aiming to accelerate the time-to-first-play for new users. Collaborating with engineering and design teams, you will implement improvements to key lifecycle surfaces, such as the Experience Details Page and SEO strategies, to enhance visibility and user interaction. You will analyze user data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using these insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features that drive user retention. You will also partner with marketing to align product initiatives with user acquisition strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to growing the user base.
