Production Lead

Who you are

You have a high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old. You possess basic mathematics skills for line count and production updates, and you can read, write, and speak English fluently. Your experience includes coordinating and guiding teams in a production environment, demonstrating your ability to foster cooperation and resolve problems effectively. You are flexible with your schedule and willing to work the entire scheduled shift, including required overtime. Your leadership skills are evident as you provide guidance and support to your team, ensuring they meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What you'll do

As a Production Lead at HelloFresh, you will coordinate activities and provide coaching to the production line team, working alongside them to ensure maximum productivity. You will enforce all safety, GMP, and SQF policies, ensuring that your team maintains a clean and orderly work area. Your responsibilities will include tracking line counts, updating production numbers in the computer system, and reporting any defective materials or questionable conditions. You will also train new employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coach the team on company policies. By stepping in to perform production duties as needed, you will help maintain workflow and efficiency on the production line.
