What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at NICE, you will play a crucial role in the presales process for the CXone platform. You will engage directly with customers to conduct discovery processes that gather essential requirements for connectivity solutions. Your expertise will be vital in finalizing design components for voice and data services once customers express interest in using our applications. You will also provide support to existing customers who require revisions or upgrades to their connectivity solutions. Your mastery-level knowledge of the voice and data services available through NICE CXone will enable you to develop comprehensive proposals and project plans that meet customer needs. You will work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
