In this role, you will support the Care Operations team in enhancing the efficiency of Color's Virtual Cancer Clinic. You will analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement, working closely with team members to implement changes that maximize operational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing key workflows that enable the care team to operate at their highest capacity. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure that the systems in place are robust and scalable. You will also be involved in training team members on new processes and tools, ensuring that everyone is equipped to deliver exceptional patient care. Your role will be pivotal in unlocking efficiencies that allow the care team to focus more on patient interactions and less on administrative tasks. You will continuously monitor the impact of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
