As an Amazon Tours Leader, you will conduct multiple 90-minute tours each day, providing an engaging and informative experience for visitors. You will develop a deep understanding of Amazon's fulfillment processes and robotics technology, allowing you to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge. Your role will also involve highlighting Amazon's commitment to employee development, safety, and well-being, as well as educating visitors about the company's sustainability initiatives and the Climate Pledge. You will ensure that tour groups adhere to all safety protocols and facility regulations while maintaining positive relationships with site personnel and participating in community engagement activities.
