Specialist Automation Engineer

You are a professional automation engineer with a strong testing background and a passion for building automated systems and tests for both front-end UI and backend services. With experience in testing all aspects of distributed systems, you understand the importance of quality assurance in software development. You have a solid grasp of automation tools and frameworks, and you are comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional Scrum team environment.

You have a proven track record of developing API, automation, and integration tests for cloud-scale products. Your expertise allows you to run manual tests and build automation test suites for regression and new features, ensuring that data integrity is maintained across applications and databases. You are proactive in automating deployment processes and data generation, contributing to the overall efficiency of the development lifecycle.

What you'll do

As a Specialist Automation Engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks that support the quality assurance of our cloud-scale products. You will work closely with your Scrum team to ensure that all aspects of the product are thoroughly tested and meet the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve developing API tests, automation scripts, and integration tests that cover both new features and regression scenarios.

You will also be involved in manual testing when necessary, ensuring that all functionalities are working as intended.
