Your skills include advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and the ability to repair creases and body lines on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that meet industry standards. You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle integrity.

What you'll do

As a Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on vehicles using advanced PDR techniques. You will assess damage and determine the best approach for repair, ensuring that each vehicle meets Carvana's standards for quality and safety. Your role will involve using specialized tools and equipment to effectively remove dents and restore vehicles to their original condition.

You will collaborate with other technicians and staff to maintain a smooth workflow in the Inspection Center. This includes communicating effectively with team members about repair progress and any challenges that arise during the repair process. You will also be expected to keep your work area organized and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
