Job Description

Join Amazon MGM Studios and become a pivotal deal-maker who transforms creative visions into reality. In this role, you'll craft strategic agreements that bridge talent, production, and business objectives across Spanish-language content, helping shape the future of entertainment storytelling.

A Day in the Life: Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic negotiations, creative collaboration, and cross-functional communication. You'll engage with writers, producers, agents, and studio executives, translating complex legal frameworks into compelling deal structures that support groundbreaking content development.

About the Team: We are a collaborative team dedicated to expanding creative possibilities in Spanish-language entertainment. Our group values innovative thinking, cultural understanding, and the ability to connect diverse stakeholders. By joining us, you'll contribute to a dynamic environment that celebrates storytelling and strategic deal-making.



Key job responsibilities
•Negotiate comprehensive agreements for Spanish scripted and unscripted content, leveraging deep understanding of industry regulations and intellectual property rights
•Collaborate across creative, production, and legal teams to develop strategic deal frameworks
•Provide nuanced counsel to senior executives on complex contractual matters
•Analyze and mitigate potential risks in content development negotiations
•Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Legal professional with substantial entertainment industry experience
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Comprehensive understanding of media production legal frameworks
- Proven track record in entertainment deal structuring- Spanish Legal Qualification
