Bunch is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their platform team and drive the development of secure and scalable infrastructure. You'll work with AWS and Kubernetes to ensure the engineering output delivers tangible value. This role requires strong leadership and technical direction skills.
You have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, with at least 5 years of experience in software development and a strong understanding of platform architecture. You excel in providing technical direction and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within your team. Your expertise in AWS and Kubernetes allows you to guide architectural decisions that balance speed and reliability, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of product squads effectively. You are passionate about building sustainable tech processes and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement in engineering output.
Experience with private markets or financial technology is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and team management practices. You are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
