BitGo is seeking a Quantitative Risk Analyst to join their Enterprise Risk Management team in Bangalore. You'll be responsible for transforming complex risk data into actionable insights and developing Key Risk Indicator programs. This role requires strong analytical skills and a data-focused mindset.
You are a highly analytical and inquisitive individual with a strong focus on data. Your ability to transform complex operational, financial, and technical risk data into actionable insights is key to your success. You have experience in developing Key Risk Indicator (KRI) programs and elevating executive-level reporting. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional partners including Security, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Finance. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate complex concepts clearly to executive leadership.
Experience in the digital asset space or financial services industry is a plus. Familiarity with predictive modeling and risk management frameworks will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with various data sources and have a knack for automating processes to enhance efficiency.
In this role, you will design, maintain, and automate the KRI program, ensuring that BitGo can proactively manage emerging risks. You will construct predictive models that inform decision-making at the executive level, providing insights that drive strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing risk data, generating reports, and presenting findings to leadership. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into the company's operations.
