Hudl is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop a sophisticated, multi-channel approach to customer engagement. You'll focus on optimizing email campaigns and personalizing customer experiences. This role requires experience in email marketing and customer engagement strategies.
You have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, with a focus on email campaigns that drive customer engagement. You understand the importance of segmentation and personalization in creating effective marketing strategies. Your experience allows you to connect strategy with systems, ensuring that the right message reaches the right audience at the right time in their journey. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to learn from your peers while contributing your expertise to the team. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, with a commitment to being present in the Lincoln office three days a week.
Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is a plus. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and A/B testing will help you excel in this role. You are data-driven and can analyze campaign performance to make informed decisions that enhance customer experiences.
