What you'll do

As the Global Head of Deal Desk, you will lead the evolution of Fivetran's Deal Desk function, ensuring that it meets the needs of a rapidly scaling organization. You will develop and execute strategies that enhance deal execution across all regions and segments, driving predictable and commercially sound outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Partner Marketplace teams to align on deal structures and commercial policies.

You will be responsible for establishing governance frameworks that support efficient deal execution while mitigating risks. This includes creating processes that enable your team to respond quickly to changing business needs and market conditions. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Your strategic leadership will be critical in shaping the future of the Deal Desk function, and you will be expected to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on best practices and opportunities for improvement. You will also be involved in high-level negotiations and discussions, representing the Deal Desk function in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
