What you'll do

As the Director of Data Integration & Architecture at Axon, you will lead the teams responsible for delivering third-party integrations and data conversion initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing Solution Architects and Data Solution Engineers, ensuring that projects are executed with high quality and efficiency. You will drive the technical strategy that supports customer success and aligns with Axon's mission to protect life through innovative technology.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable processes that enhance the integration of legacy public safety systems with Axon's cloud-based platform. This includes identifying best practices and tools that facilitate seamless interoperability and improve overall system performance. You will work closely with product teams to ensure that integration solutions meet customer needs and align with product roadmaps.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your teams.
