What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with data analysts to identify customer needs and preferences, ensuring that the strategies you develop are tailored to individual behaviors and aspirations. You will work closely with technologists and creatives to deliver authentic customer connections for clients, activating growth with precision and empathy. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing customer experience strategies that align with client goals, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and continuously optimizing CRM journeys to enhance customer engagement.
