Bitso is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns. You'll work with major marketing automation platforms and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance user engagement and retention. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing.
You have 2-4 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or a related growth-focused role — you've successfully managed campaigns that drive user activation and retention. Your proven English fluency allows you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. You possess strong project management skills, balancing execution requirements with strategic analysis, ensuring that multiple stakeholders and deadlines are managed efficiently. Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation platform like Clevertap or Braze is essential, as is your ability to procure and interpret customer behavior data. Familiarity with SQL querying is a bonus that enhances your analytical capabilities.
In this role, you will drive the campaign production process from start to finish, acting as the primary point of contact with Data Science, Creative Studio, and the broader Marketing team. You will partner with stakeholders to define technical briefs and ensure that marketing campaigns align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include developing engaging, multi-channel communication journeys that resonate with users and lead to measurable impacts on activation and engagement. You will also analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve future initiatives, ensuring that your marketing efforts are data-driven and effective.
