Who you are

You are a dynamic and people-oriented individual eager to join Airbnb as a Sales & Onboarding Specialist Intern. What you'll do

As a Sales & Onboarding Specialist Intern, you will be the frontline voice of Airbnb in Italy, focusing on sales and onboarding for key services hosts in Milan. You will collaborate with multiple team members to achieve project milestones, ensuring that hosts receive the support they need to offer premium in-home services. Your role will involve communicating with stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, helping to redefine the guest experience through Airbnb Services. You will contribute to challenging projects that aim to enhance the overall service offerings available to guests.
